Sarah Cumbie Reckess
Sarah Reckess is director of the Syracuse office of the Center for Court Innovation, a nonprofit started as the research and development arm of the New York State Unified Court System. The center aims to improve the justice system, making it more humane and effective.

Dam Nguyen
After MHC, Dam earned an MAT and an MEd with a license to serve as a supervisor in schools from Columbia University. She started teaching English learners in middle and went to early education and is now working K-6 for a regional school district reaching 5 schools a year. She says, "Before turning 40 thought it would be a good idea to get a baby and it has been a wonderful experience! In my free time I take my camper out with my son. We’ve been able to explore a few places already and I’m looking forward to making many more memories with him!"

Stacy Jagodowski
Stacy has been working in independent schools since 2003, and is currently the Director of Strategic Marketing & Communications at Tabor Academy in Marion, MA. As part of her job, Stacy is an advisor to ninth grade students and is currently working on major projects including the launch of a new website and a refreshed brand for the school. Related to her work, Stacy is part of a fellowship for Aspiring School Heads with the National Association of Independent Schools. When she's not at work, Stacy can be found relaxing at home by the Weweantic River catching up on Netflix and Hulu and learning how to crochet. At the moment, she can only handle a single row of stitches, so super long, super thin scarves are on menu for presents. Open to advice!
